We’re Serjeants, a dynamic firm of UK and European patent attorneys and trade mark attorneys based in the East Midlands.

Serjeants was established as an independent firm in Leicester in 1978. We are proud of our history and strive to retain the principles of the firm’s founding partner, Andrew Serjeant. But we are also a progressive and modern firm and since May 2015 our head office has been based in Leicester’s hi-tech innovation hub next to the National Space Centre

We handle all aspects of intellectual property for our clients. We prepare and file patent, trade mark and design applications and prosecute them to grant/registration. We also help our clients to enforce their valuable IP rights and to defend themselves if they have been accused of infringing some else’s IP rights.
