Serious came out and emptied out Balmoral STP last week, and they were professional all the way through the process starting with the girl in sales to booking it in, then the transport department finding us a suitable date to suit all, and also the knowledgeable tanker driver who explained how the system worked, due to us being new to the property. Highly recommended!!!

I called the emergency call out line over the weekend as my sewage treatment plant was overflowing. Serious was very helpful and arranged for a tanker to attend the same day. The driver identified a problem with the pump. Serious arranged an engineer to attend who had extensive knowledge of the plant and explained how the system worked. Our problem was fixed very quickly.
