I would generally be averse to gyms. Over the last 16 months, Bingham Health & Fitness has changed the way I feel about working out. I believe it starts with the overall vibe of the place. It is anything but Douche-E. It's kind, friendly, and super clean. They have become my friends and I look forward to going to see them. I am 45 years old and living with Multiple Sclerosis (ms), so the range of services offered keeps me functionally fit and pain-free. Not only do I work out in the traditional sense, but I also do yoga, get assisted stretching, massage, and chiropractic when I need it. I was looking for a smaller gym to workout at and stumbled across Serious Results Fitness. I talked to Jim for awhile and decided to check out their Women's Fitness Clinic that they have.  It definitely didn't disappoint. I got a great workout and met a few nice ladies with the same goal in mind, health and fitness. I really enjoyed the small gym feel and the classes they offer. Here are some tips for getting the body of your dreams:
