"My name is Eythan Maidhof. I’m a Cinematographer. This involves lifting heavy equipment during long work hours, usually 15-hour days. Exercise has been injury prevention since I've never had health insurance. I’ve trained with Keith on and off for eight-years. Now, I live in the lower East side of New York City and I still make a trip out to Suffolk County three-days a week to train with him. I really like his freestyle vibe of high interval intensity training. He’s very creative and resourceful. He's changed the way that I think about exercising since before I always thought it had to be done in a gym. While training with him over time I’ve learned the gym is nonessential for getting the results I want. To my surprise, I found that I got a better workout training with Keith outdoors than I did at the gym. His personal training sessions were very comprehensive and included anything from resistance training; speed, agility and quickness, cardio conditioning, balance training, and flexibility training. Those were all things I was lacking in my typical gym workouts. His personal training is very well designed and has progressed me far beyond my expectations each time I resumed training with him. If you're like me, these past few months have turned my world upside down.. health and fitness went on the back burner. Then one day I found out my neighbors were using Keith as their personal trainer . He was coming to their house and training them outside. I wanted to join immediately . Keith was extremely accommodating and allowed us to work out on our block with a group of 6 women. He knows how to push you to your max and is extremely attentive on making sure your form is correct. His dedication and precision is what drove me to keep coming back. He is very talented and has a wide range of options to help with general cardio and strength conditioning. I started driving 45 minutes to train with Keith right after the Covid lockdown and I am so glad that I have. He has shaken up my strength training with many agility and cardio routines that have strengthened, toned down and firmed up my core like it’s never been before. He is an absolute professional who knows the mechanics and science behind each exercise and will customize it according to your weaknesses. He explains their benefits, such as avoiding injuries, in every day life. Besides the variety of equipment to keep it interesting and challenging, Keith is also personable and makes the hour fly by. I have been training with Keith a few months now. He has extensive knowledge of nutrition. I was really lacking upper body strength. Keith has helped me gain strength I never thought possible. I have these great biceps now and he continues to challenge me with every session, which is not easy due to my fibromyalgia. He demonstrates every exercise to be sure I understand how to do it correctly. If its something I just can't get, he is quick to change it to something comparable. Q&As

The initial consultation will begin with a health screening and comprehensive fitness assessment. This provides me with the information I need for designing a scientically valid exercise program that is safe, effective.

Given the prevalence of sedentary occupations, many people have muscle imbalances that make it impossible to perform exercises with proper technique. Consequently, they do not benefit from the exercise and are at a high risk of injury. My background as a NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist enables me to identify and correct these muscle imbalances and faulty movement patterns during the movement screenings of the fitness assessment.

Thereafter, I will design a corrective exercise strategy that will restore proper joint motion. This will reduce the risk of injury and also enable the client to exercise with good technique.

Another skill that sets me apart is my knowledge of nutrition as Precision Nutrition Exercise Nutrition. It is imperative that a client has a foundational knowledge in nutrition, since it is a crucial factor for the success of a health and fitness program.p

My clients master exercise technique due to my knowledge of biomechanics and the precision of my demonstrations.

Services

Serin Fitness provides personal training and nutrition coaching services out of the clients’ home and outdoor locations.

Equipment: adjustable dumbbells, resistance bands, kettle bells, resistance bands (handles, loop bands, agility ladder, cones, steps and risers, combat rope, TRX suspension trainer, stability ball, speed hurdles, slam balls, medicine balls, sliders, and more.


Online Personal Training is a holistic approach to health and fitness and is suitable for all fitness levels and will include the following features:

-Individualized Training Plans that accommodate both your schedule and preferred training location, whether it be a public gym, outdoor setting, or the comfort of your home.

-Instructional videos for each exercise in addition to customized instructions and the number of repetitions and sets.

-Daily support through in-app messaging, habit change reminders, and adjustments to the training program if necessary.

-One 30-minute coaching call per month to assess progress and set new goals.

-Integration with wearables such as Apple Watch and Fitbit

-Nutrition Coaching may be an add-on
