I have been training with Keith a few months now. He has extensive knowledge of nutrition. I was really lacking upper body strength. Keith has helped me gain strength I never thought possible. I have these great biceps now and he continues to challenge me with every session, which is not easy due to my fibromyalgia. The initial consultation will begin with a health screening and comprehensive fitness assessment. This provides me with the information I need for designing a scientically valid exercise program that is safe, effective.

Given the prevalence of sedentary occupations, many people have muscle imbalances that make it impossible to perform exercises with proper technique. Consequently, they do not benefit from the exercise and are at a high risk of injury. My background as a NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist enables me to identify and correct these muscle imbalances and faulty movement patterns during the movement screenings of the fitness assessment.

Thereafter, I will design a corrective exercise strategy that will restore proper joint motion. This will reduce the risk of injury and also enable the client to exercise with good technique.

Another skill that sets me apart is my knowledge of nutrition as Precision Nutrition Exercise Nutrition. It is imperative that a client has a foundational knowledge in nutrition, since it is a crucial factor for the success of a health and fitness program.p
