What makes a great website?
A great website is one that gets the results the client / business wants, whether is more leads, sales, or conversions. That's done through ensuring the website is targeting the businesses ideal customer. A great website also is using current design trends, and provides a good experience catered to the platform / device that the user is viewing it on.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Beyond the budget and timeline conversations, we ask questions around the businesses target market / customer, what they are wanting in the website (leads, sales, conversions, etc), how they intend to market their site (FB ads, Google Adwords, email marketing, other PPC, etc), and what their social media / content marketing strategy would be. These are just a few things. Our goal is to understand our client's business in order to help them have a website that brings results.

What inspired you to start your own business?
The ability to help people on my own terms without dealing with the agency junk and bad experiences I know many people have dealt with. I also wanted to provide for my family and really help small businesses and organizations who sometimes feel like they don't have someone who they can count on, or that would cost them an arm or leg.

We want businesses and organizations to succeed, and we build our services and pricing model to do that. We don't just build a website and walk away. We support our clients after the site is built, so they don't have to worry about hosting, security, backups, or dealing with other companies when something happens.
