Describe your creative process.
Our creative process depends on the client! We work closely with you to determine your brief and then work with you to determine the steps needed to fulfil that.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We have a client information pack which requests the information needed: this will include things such as your social media logins, your online details (website, any postal accounts such as Hermes if we are tracking items for you etc). This will all be provided in detail. We also request a contract to be signed and will require upfront payment for any package service.
What do you love most about your job?
The clients! The variety, the wonderful people running amazing businesses doing fantastic things - and the work we get to experience as a result of working with glorious small businesses, food businesses (we work with a lot of cafes) and entrepreneurs (we work with a fair few influencers and creatives).
What inspired you to start your own business?
The freedom to work how we do, the hands-on and authentic way that we do. It means our clients work better with us because of it.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because we're real! We're not a big company but we are committed to what we do and delivering a service over and above expectations. You can buy marketing support from a large virtual assistant or VA call centre, or on Fiver but not all Virtual Assistants are created equal, and with us you get people who care and who can make a real difference to your business. And we tell it as it is - we'll tell you how long something will take, we'll tell you if something isn't working and we'll tell you if something has gone wrong. We work alongside you, not for you; you are our customer and we are here to look after you, and you pay for that but we do not work for you which means we are treated with respect and on a equal footing. If you think a VA is there to serve and you control them, then we are not for you then please don't waste our time.
