What a cool place and AMAZING staff! Lots of things to like about this place. Best is the hours are flexible so you can see a therapist after work or on weekends. It is easy to join by signing up online. You can make appointments via TEXT so they are pretty easy to reach but returned phone call take a long time, so texting is best. But thats minor. You can make appointments online once you have a regular provider too. You can have sessions on your phone or on computer and they have a tech team too if you have any issues and need extra help setting up they help you. If you know your way around Aiea the office is EASY to find but the map and photo on yelp helps because its just off a main street and easy to miss but once you find it you will never forget it. Plenty parking and it is free too. You can get individual or family therapy and feel like its a safe place where you wont be judged or treated unfairly. More...

After the birth of my son I began experiencing anxiety so I thought it best to seek counseling. Looked around online and this place looked the most promising. It took about two weeks of playing phone tag with them to finally get an appointment. Tuesdays were my best days for it and the next open one they had was on New Years Eve. I thought that was odd but okay, if they're scheduling me it must be fine, right? I even got the reminder text confirming the appointment for that day. So I thought all was good and was looking forward to the appointment. <br><br>First it was difficult to find and I tried calling to get better directions. Nobody picked up. I finally got there and both doors leading to the second floor of the building they're in were locked. No lights on, no movement, nothing. I tried calling and nobody picked up, so I left. It was disappointing as I was looking forward to getting myself into therapy and getting better. Sucks that they can't even bother to show up or reschedule in a timely manner. The cherry on top was that I got a text four days after my appointment saying it was cancelled and will be rescheduled. Like thanks for letting me know now. More...

1 star is for customer service. I didn't even make it in because they lost my appointment. <br><br>I've been looking for a new therapist and had heard that one of the therapists at this location was good so I called in and booked as a new patient. They didn't have any openings for 2 weeks so I took that spot and on the day of my appointment, I called to confirm as I had not gotten any reminder call or text from them. <br><br>When I called they had no appointment scheduled for me. I had a confirmation email saying that I booked the appointment but they did not have me scheduled. <br><br>I took off of work to make this appointment and I got no apologies or nothing. I would highly recommend Natalia. My fiancé & I went to her for premarital counseling & she is super sweet yet very straight forward. She has helped salvage the relationship between my fiancé & I by giving us Godly & non-biased guidance. Don't be afraid if you're not a Christian because she can definitely push u into the right path regardless of your religious choice simply because of the awesome counselor she is. What inspired you to start your own business?
Serenity was created as an administrative organization that allows other therapist to be in private practice and not have to worry about administrative difficulties or the other hassles of paper work. This allows for therapists to focus better on our clients and provides a higher standard of client care for better outcomes.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients who choose serenity benefit in many ways but we like to think these four reasons are the most relevant ones.
1) Our therapists have less admin stuff to worry about administratively, allowing them to focus more on helping you heal. We also want you to remember your appointments, so we provide text reminders and when possible same day phone calls to remind you of your appointment.
2) All therapist are licensed at the highest level by state and in their fields.
3) All therapists at Serenity are clinically trained to be results oriented using cognitive behavioral therapies.
4) We care about all our clients. This is the most important one of the 4.
