Just been here with my sister for a pedicure. This was our first visit and we are so impressed. We had Danielle and Rachel. They were amazing. The salon is so clean and hygienic and the staff are so friendly. We are in love with our pedicures and how gentle they were with us. Professional and extremely helpful. After a bad experience prior to my wedding (not at this salon!) the staff went over and above to help me. I feel like I have to offer an alternative view to the review by Sarah C below about the way the “girls get spoken to by management”I have been a regular at Serenity since it opened and have seen the salon grow and thrive. Anna and Emily (the management) have high standards and deliver exceptional services (and provide training to all employees to deliver that service).Any organisation has turnover... Anna and Emily are always professional - I have never seen or heard of them speaking negatively speaking to any one and the loyalty on both sides is what has led to a number of the girls being there from day one. Customers have the right to stay or go but to try and damage the reputation on “hearsay” is pretty shallowI struggle sometimes to get an appointment as the salon is so popular so if “Sarah C” has gone somewhere else - that’s a positive....Emily and Anna and all of the Team - keep doing what you do so well ladies - great atmosphere, lovely day spa, great service and treatments. Serenity in Potters Bar is by far the best beauty salon i have been to for many reasons. The salon itself is always clean and fresh, with a very warm, friendly, inviting and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are so welcoming, highly professional, and seemingly always willing to 'go that extra mile' for their clientele. Booked in to Serenity with my daughter for a facial and we were extremely happy with the experience all round, Dani did my facial and it was lovely, she was very professional, very friendly and made me totally relaxed, my face, neck and shoulders felt gorgeous afterwards, my daughter was very happy with how clean her skin was after too and enjoyed the experience. We will definately be back again.

I have just had my eyebrows microbladed for the first time and couldn’t be happier with the results.I was lucky enough to win this as a prize at the Christmas party back in November and was quite nervous at first as I would not have chosen to have the procedure done otherwise! I do normally have my brows tinted and I wanted to keep a natural look.Anna is a true expert in her field and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I absolutely love the salon, it's cosy calm and has such a warm atmosphere. The staff are so friendly and Anna is just amazing. If you are looking for somewhere to get your brows microbladed or have ombre like I did then this is the place to go. Fantastic service from the ladies at Serenity. Fitted me in quickly for a nail repair after I broke one of my nails a few hours after having a gel manicure. After removing the damaged gel Lou helpfully pointed me to a nail bar down the road to have an acrylic tip applied before I had a gel overlay applied by one of the other ladies (I'm sorry I didn't get her name). I was fully prepared to pay but they didn't charge me a penny. Serenity is always so clean and comfortable, and all of the ladies make you feel welcome. More...
