Great flower shop, great customer service.  I had to order flowers and have them delivered immediately and they did an outstanding job.  The price was about 20-30 dollars cheaper than other shops in the area.  My mother in law was impressed with her flowers.  She sent me a photo of the flowers and I couldn't believe how nice they were considering the price was so good.   Highly recommend this flower shop in Santa Ana More...

I was in a hurry rushing out of my door to get my mother an arrangement for her birthday. After searching nearby shops through the internet, I came accrues one that looked familiar and I realized that was a shop located across the street where I live, and off I went. It's a small shop with various flowers. These flowers looked very well maintained and fresh. There was some arrangements already made, but there was also loose ones available. There were two ladies in the shop and they were so sweet in helping me with an arrangement for my mom's birthday. The lady, who seems to be the owner, broke down some options for me. She said she can create arrangement based on my price range, and she further explained more options to choose from. I explained I had reservations for a restaurant, and so she suggested a small vase so it will not take much room in the restaurant (she was definitely right on that move). I chose the colors I wanted and she created such a lovely arrangement for my mom. She took her time and finished with quality results. They have balloons available, and they had one in Spanish so that my mom would be able to read it:)The entire experience was simply lovely and mom was delighted with her arrangement. It's a small shop owned/ran by a husband and wife. They were so nice and patient helping me and my mother pick out an arrangement. My family wanted to send me congratulations flowers for starting a new job! They were so helpful and accommodating! Not to mention, they had beautiful flowers and arrangements already made. They also had a bunch of other little nick knack merchandise for purchase, but we just stuck to the flowers.My mom decided to go the extra mile and add a balloon to the arrangement which made the perfect finishing touches! They delivered my flowers on a Monday around 11:30ish and boy was I the talk of the office on my first day! Everyone oooed and ahhhed at how beautiful and extravagant the arrangement was.The cost was very good too! It was only about $64 for a HUGE and I mean HUGE arrangement of assorted flowers, a balloon, tax, and delivery fee. That is definitely not bad at all for the amount of flowers I received. They were also delivered in a basket which was handy for carrying home!Needless to say, I have recommended this florist to all my new coworkers, family, friends, relatives! They are wonderful and I (as well as everyone that has seen my flowers) are very impressed and pleased with them! I love this place!!! The woman there violet, is so sweet and friendly.they really feel for the consumer and is always making sure they give you more than wat you budget it willing to pay. when i went there she was so helpful and wanting to make sure i was satisfied. everything i asked for got met and so much more. i dont need to ever look for another flower shops services because ive gone back to her 4 more times already for deliveries and special occasions and it gets better and better everytime!!!! cant go wrong with this place More...

Upside-Great little flower shop! I went in 2 days before valentines day and was able to order a beautiful arrangement! For the most part they were all pretty fresh! They were very patient with me to help me out considering the last minute notice.The downfall-I was set to pick up the arrangement at a certain time. and they were late on opening the store.
