She still remains very unprofessional.
She is still trying to delete any negative reviews of Serendipity Moments on google even though they are true. She has given herself a good review just to try to bring her ratings up. She has had to go so far as to take out the "reviews " section on Facebook due to soo many negative reviews from people that she has scammed. She gets a nasty attitude when you stand up to her and call her out on her crap. She gives other latina female business owners a bad name. I know and support a handful of latina businesses that I am so proud of. All she wants is her money so she can go on her "well deserved " vacations. Even after reading a pretty bad review from a year or two ago I had decided to give Jasmin the benefit of the doubt and give her a try. She seemed nice and was running a really good deal on her photo booth. My daughter and I were excited about it, I even made the mistake of paying in fill up front as part of her deal. Then as it was getting closer to my event date I attempted to reach out to her via email to start confirming some things and she never responded until I reached out to her via IM just about two weeks later and she then proceeded to ask me what date my event was and then oh, your date is not for a couple more months, I will get back to you. She could have easily created a auto response email allowing me to know that she wasn't going to be reachable for a couple of weeks or she could of had her husband help her and just let me know she was going to be unavailable for a couple of weeks! I then try reaching out to her yet AGAIN about two weeks after and she finally seemed to come across in a better mood so I proceeded to finally try to start getting more things organized for my event for my daughter. I'm a single mother and so I have A LOT on my hands with planning her event by myself. Jasmin then comes back coming across very unorganized and asked where my event was again. I told her and that's when she proceeded to tell me that she might not be able to cover it after all due to how far away it was from them even though they advertised that they service all over the dfw area and surrounding areas. When I first reached out to her I was VERY honest and upfront about where the event was and when it was and what I needed and SHE was the one who created the contract and even put the name of the event location in the contract. She came forward finally and said that her and her husband would cover it but since I was requesting an additional hour she was going to have to charge me 150.00 instead of what the 100.00 more that she herself put in the contract! At this point she had made me wayy too uncomfortable to trust her and do business with her so I then proceeded to cancel my business with her and request my money back that I was owed minus the deposit that SHE said herself that I would get back if I had decided not to use her services and SHE also placed this in the contract. Then Jasmin turned around and tried telling me that they do not give any money back. After going back and forth with her via text, she then attempted to call me and I answer even though I was in no mood to speak with her at this point. She finally agrees to give me my money back as soon as I send my request via email. So I create an email requesting my money back in the form that I paid her and she acknowledged it......This all stated at the 1st of June. I have since then emailed her again and no response. I have text her again and no response. I'm hoping that she will wake up and finally do what is the right thing and be a professional and give me my money back. You would think that it would be just as important to make things right with someone as it is to get new business. If I don't not get my money back soon I will be moving forward with legal. More...

You may proceed legally. We have a contract and have contacted our attorney. We are under no obligation to issue you a refund . We can offer you credit to use the services at a later date. You contacted us multiple time outside of business hours including weekends not respecting our time. We are under no obligation to put up with rude clients.

Serendipity Moments brought out a photo booth to The Cascades Country Club, and they did an outstanding job!
