we had a 2 storey extention added to our home 5 years ago to include a kitchen extention, 2nd family room a utility room and downstairs wc and a master ensuite bedroom . The extention ties in perfectly with the original house. Along with Steve's help we designed it to our needs and he helped get it through planning and building regulations. The reasonable price he gave us at the beginning was exactly what we paid no contingency required or hidden costs. He provided us with regular detailed costings at each stage which allowed us to budget and spread the cost. He provided excellent local tradesmen and kept to schedule despite the appalling weather conditions at the start. we would highly recommend SEP construction to anyone 10/10 More...
