What makes a great website?
Qualities of a great website are simple:
(1) They're incredibly easy to use, navigate and find the information that customers are looking for.
(2) They're beautifully designed and establish a strong, consistent brand for the business.
(3) They convert visitors into sales!
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
When we first started the company, we took whatever projects we could get... not anymore! Nowadays, we're looking for clients who are on the same page that we are - those who want to dominate and are willing to do what it takes to get there. Here's what I usually want to know:
(1) Is your budget reasonable for your project?
(2) Are you fully-open to the ideas and suggestions we have for your online business?
(3) When can we start?!
Describe your creative process.
Our creative process involves a detailed discussion with the client to find out what their current needs and struggles might be. After that, we perform comprehensive research to find out what's working for your top competitors and how we can get an edge on them. Finally, we take our personal experience and expertise to develop a solid plan of action to present to the client before diving in!
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Typical information that we require is a thorough explanation of their goals and expectations for the project along with some standard access information that we'll need to complete it, like website logins! Graphic and web design projects usually start with examples of existing designs that the customer likes so we know what direction they want to go.
What do you love most about your job?
Hands down, the most exciting thing about my job is having the power to take businesses and websites from the bottom to the top through digital marketing. Being able to use my skills to take nearly any business into the top 3 in their industry is incredibly powerful!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Too many big companies just don't get it. They get bottlenecked by corporate policies or are unable to scale and provide quality services at the same time. Being able to choose clients who really want to succeed and are on the same page as you is a gift and a challenge that I enjoy.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm very talented in the digital marketing and branding space. My attention to detail has allowed me to have great success with marketing businesses online and creating work that clients are genuinely happy with! I'll only take on clients and projects that I know I'll be successful with, so know that I have a personal interest in the success of your business and project when we work together.
