I contacted Senex Painting and Decorating as I needed an extensive job to be done as soon as possible. Stuart replied, saying that they are busy but have a team and flexible in time. Agreed for Wednesday, 2 of July 11.30 am. No one showed up on time, and 20 minutes past the expected time, I gave Stuart a call. He replied simply stating that he is in Cleveleys doing invoices and that he is busy, or something along these lines. No apologies for not showing up and keeping us waiting for nothing. I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and re-arranged for the following day, 1 pm. I explained that my partner and I had to put our day on hold for this appointment, so I would appreciate it if he could arrive on time. Stuart promised he'd be there. Thursday came and gone, and another no show and no phone call or text message to explain why. I didn't bother to chase him. Today, Friday the 9th, Stuart texted me the following: " Sorry forgot yesterday was very busy. I'm available tomorrow any time". I hired Senex to de-clutter and clean my mothers house after my father died. Sue, Lewis and Stuart did an amazing job. It took them a whole day but at the end of it my Mam's house was DE-cluttered and sparkling clean. I will hire Senex again soon as their prices are fair and their service is friendly. More...
