Sukh has been very professional and accomodating to my personal training needs. He always adapted my training to fit with what my body was able to work with and as a result there has been a change in my body definition. I feel firmer and toned. I have always struggled with my weight loss, having tried every diet known to man and followed many different fitness programmes I still struggled with losing weight and keeping it off due to lack of consistency. I had never considered getting a personal trainer before but after putting on extra lockdown pounds I decided enough was enough and that it was time to take action. I got in touch with Sukh and started training with him - best decision ever, I have been training with Sukh since Oct 2020 and I can't recommend him enough. Trying something new is always daunting but Sukh made me feel comfortable from the very first session. I have been working at a pace that suits me and loving my results. He makes the workouts fun yet challenging and I can't believe how much my fitness has improved since I started. Not only do I feel fit and more energised, I also haven't felt this confident in myself for a very long time. I started with Sukh almost 7 months ago. He has not only helped me lose 13 kgs during this time but he has also helped with my cardio strength, completely changed my eating habits and routine. Sukh has helped me meet goals I have struggled with for years. I have been training with Sukh for a number of months now. The sessions are tailored to help me meet my target. I started my weight loss journey with Sukh two months ago. And it has been a very positive experience so far. He started me out on tailored sessions and while keeping it interesting has been encouraging me to set realistic and achievable goals every week. He is flexible with his sessions to help me balance my fitness goals with work and home as a mother of 2 kids. He provides free meal plans and advise on IF and low carb diet which has made a huge difference in my weight loss journey. Sukh is the best personal trainer I could ever wish for.
For a while I was talking with my husband that I will need a personal trainer to guide/help me in my fitness journey and he decided to make me a surprise and contacted Sukh. We meet for our first session with me not even knowing (just going out for a run), and I loved a lot the workout starting from our first session.
Sukh is such a nice guy and keeps us so motivated, and his sessions are very well put together to help us get stronger and healthier, it’s a pleasure to work out. Every day I can not wait for our next session, and I feel so full of energy it’s amazing.

Really great experience, besides the amazing friendly approach that Sukh has being so easy to get along with and positively inspiring, his work out programmes are well planned and personalised leaving the possibility of an amazing transformation of both body and lifestyle should you put in the work needed to see it through!

I would recommend this to everyone as he provides in person sessions or virtual plans so there is definitely something for all! Really happy with my experience.

I make sure that the workouts I provide for my clients are challenging and engaging.

I create a tailor made nutrition plan for all my clients and make sure its easy to stick to. I have a separate WhatsApp for my clients where they can send me their meal plans aswell.

Along with daily WhatsApp and text support to make sure I can answer any questions for my cleints.

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is by simply being; coachable, staying consistent and not giving up :)

I love working with different people from different backgrounds and communities.

I absolutely love what I do and I love helping people achieve their goals, I get a buzz out of helping people feel good about themselves.

I personally was very insecure and skinny as a teenager and wanted to change my life around.

Once I finally achieved my goals I wanted more, people would ask me in the gym to train them or give them tips, but I wasn't a Personal Trainer then.

So I made up my mind to learn as much as I could so I could help people feel good about themselves aswell.

I now focus heavily on helping people become healthy internally to lose weight or tone up.

The main reason why you should train with me is simply because; I will teach you how to become healthy in order to lose weight or tone up.

I will focus on helping you stay consistent and focus on your nutrition so that you can get the best results.

I will make my sessions fun and enjoyable for you and do challenges at the end of the month to test your
progress, which will keep you motivated to improve your fitness even more.

I bring fitness to your doorstep, I drive to you for every session and provide all the equipment required to workout.

All you need to do is be ready in your fitness attire and have a water bottle.
