How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 1994. The owner of the company has worked in the Modular Business for over 35 years
What guarantee does your work come with?
All of our homes come with a 10 year factory warranty, in addition to the factory we also issue a private warranty to all homes that we turnkey.
What do you love most about your job?
The satisfaction of building homes for our customers, we love meeting new people and more importantly
making them happy with their home. Over the years many of our customers became our friends, and most
stop by our office just to say hello as the years go by.
