Alex has just looked after our cat for 2 weeks while we were on holiday and I would have no hesitation in using her again. She regularly msg'd me updates while away and was nice not falling over a massive pile of post when trying to get through the door, but finding a nice neat pile on the dresser instead! Alex is an absolute Godsend, I don't know what we'd do without her :-) She's reliable, reasonably priced and caring, you can go away with peace of mind that your animals will be in the very best pet loving hands. Alex recently looked after my two cats, one of whom , uncharacteristically, hid in various places thro out the house for 10 days and the other one again uncharacteristically, refused to come in when allowed out.
She handled the situation excellently, kept on feeding them and kept me up dated.
