I have shopped at Siegermans for many years, decorating 2 homes. I recently went back to help my older parents furnish their new condo. I was not looking forward to it, thinking I’d have to shop at so many different places. Not the case! With the help of Jennifer, Siegermans turned out to be one-stop shopping! The choices were endless! Jennifer made the whole experience quite pleasant; she was extremely knowledgeable, and truly cared about making us happy. We never felt pressured in any way (which was very important to my Mom), and she paid close attention to our budget and requirements. She has a keen sense of style and spent many hours with us over multiple days. So far, my parents bought beautiful bedroom, living room and dining room furniture along with lamps and an area rug!! On November 9th, we entered Seigermans furniture store with the intent to purchase a sectional couch with measurements that were hard to attain. We had been to several competing stores & approached by many sales personnel, & exited disappointed.When we were greeted by Rob, He was instantly reassuring in nature that he would be able to meet these challenging options. His warm, knowledgeable , & professional engaging disposition made the daunting task pleasurable. We had a great experience furniture shopping a Seigermans! We worked with Jennifer and after a short chat about our home and our needs, she was able to pull together the perfect dinning room table for us. Jennifer is knowledgable about the products and easily understood what would work for us. I recently moved from my home of 27 years where I raised my children. They are now grown and I decided to downsize into a townhouse. I left all my outdated and well used furniture behind. I wanted to start anew! I went to siegermans to furnish my new forever home. I explained to Jennifer that I wanted to simplify things this time around. She knew exactly what I was looking for and led me in all the right directions as far as colors, textures and fit! We used Seigerman’s Design Center to furnish our whole house. We had the pleasure of working with Ronelle and Linda and had the best experience. From the very beginning they were patient, excited and always willing to go the extra mile. They did everything from the furniture to the accessories for every single room in our home. They were reachable at any time we needed them. Ronelle and Linda treated us like family, and their number one priority was to make sure we were happy! My husband and I went to Seigerman’s furniture store in the beginning of March to purchase a reclining sofa and loveseat. We were greeted by a Jennifer Ruggia, with a charming smile . Jennifer was extremely helpful in selecting colors and style for us. We made our purchase and upon receiving our sofa only, after 10 weeks (loveseat did not pass inspection) we noticed that the light gray color material on a cushion appeared defective. Jennifer sent their repairman, Tim to see if it could be repaired. However, it could not. Jennifer then took immediate action by calling the manufacturer told him the problem and asked to also change the material color. Since our loveseat was not ready, Jennifer went out of her way to have a loaner loveseat delivered to our home. When the sofa and loveseat was finally delivered to us in August, it was defective. Again, Jennifer being very obliging and eager to help in resolving another issue told us to return to the store and pick out something else.Jennifer’s patience, knowledge, support, determination and decor suggestions are superb. She guided us with her professional knowledge and we then bought a sofa, loveseat, end table and ottoman. Jennifer deserves so much credibility for her expertise efforts in resolving problems, designing ideas, knowledge, etc.We would certainly return back to Seigerman’s furniture store knowing Jennifer would be there to greet us and help us. Fantastic experience. Our salesman, Alan, was wonderful -- extremely helpful, no pressure whatsoever. There was minor damage to a piece of the dining room set and they sent their repair man, Tim, who was also great - a real craftsman, who made the piece look absolutely perfect looking. We can't be too positive about our entire experience -- it was exceptional from beginning to end. Recommend them most highly. We hope to do more business with them, especially Alan, in the future. I purchased a custom order sofa that took weeks to come in . When I received it it wasn’t what I thought it would be . I called Mike at the store and expressed my concerns . I came to Seigerman’s in search of a sectional couch and was very impressed by the variety of brands and styles! My wife and I went to Seigerman’s in the beginning of July to get a couch, loveseat, and a recliner for our living room. Her sense of style, design and color is incredible. I recently moved from a small co-op apartment to a large home. Furnishing such an upgrade was overwhelming to me and my wife, and we spent countless hours in local furniture stores, unable to make progress. One of our last stops on "furniture row" was Siegerman's, and boy are we glad we did. There, we met Susan S. from the design center and we immediately knew we found someone we could trust. We made progress, room by room, with everything from furniture to window treatments to paint/wallpaper colors and designs. Frequently, she would also consult with other members of the team to find us the best possible fit for our home. It truly was a team effort and a great experience. Best of all, their prices were competitive. I frequently checked the prices they were charging to the lowest possible online price, and to my surpirse, they would beat it! I cannot give enough stars. Allen Rosenberg was our consultant and he did a terrific job helping us pick out both a new living room set and a new playroom set. His assistance was both friendly and professional. At no time did we ever feel any of the typical sales pressure we have encountered at other furniture stores. Allen provided his insight and expertise in suggesting both style and fabric patterns. My Experience of furniture buying is from box stores like Macys or Bloomingdales furniture. I am a Natuzzi fan and needed to replace two sofas. I went to Natuzzi Madison Avenue and picked out the sofas I wanted which were very expensive. I was visiting family on Long Island and needed to stop at Lowes for something. I noticed Seigerman’s furniture store, which carried Natuzzi. The store was large and had more Natuzzi sofas on display than the Natuzzi store on Madison Avenue. The sales person Michael was friendly and explained each sofa, the construction and the grades of leather available, which I wasn’t aware of. I walked to the back of the store and went on Google to check the reviews of Seigermans to make sure I wasn’t throwing away my money. I was able to get the same Sofa’s from Seigermans as the Natuzzi store saving a lot of money. I use other reviewers experiences on Google to determine where to shop.
