I recently had to have some work done on my Fiat 500 and wasn’t sure what to expect from Segensworth Automobiles. What a pleasant surprise it was to deal with a garage where the staff were happy to talk you through the work needed on the car. I don’t think I have ever before dealt with a garage where the staff seem genuinely helpful and eager to get the job done to a high standard. These people have a real pride in what they do and that is reflected in how they deal with their customers and their vehicles. Always brilliant when I take my car there. Able to asked them to check a few things and advise no unnecessary work was done and very reasonable price. Put my car in for the first time with this garage for work, as my local garage had closed and a couple of others I tried were a bit iffy . It was a really pleasant and pleasing experience and they went the extra mile to inform and advise me on some issue's that I may have not noticed on my car.The reception ladies were very helpful in dealing with me as I had to change my date for my job.I and my wife dealt mostly with a young chap called Connor whose attitude and help were 5 star and owing to all these positive impressions I shall be using this garage for any future work that may be required.
