I took the Immersion course twice with Melody and cannot over state the positive aspect it has had on my life. She is extraordinarily human and non-judgmental. She takes you where you are (icky stuff too) and gently shows you your best authentic self. With the habits, you lose the "training wheels " and soon you are flying on your own. More...
