I went to see Carole this morning for some reflexology after an illness and feeling stressed and down. I made contact with carole through Facebook and she was very quick to get back to me and made me feel like I mattered and that she genuinely understood what I needed. She was extremely polite and listened to me moan and worry before we'd even got to meeting, offering support and care. At the appointment, she instantly puts you at ease and offers you a drink. Carole then does a very thorough assessment where she explains everything she is asking and why. She then explains what she is going to do and how she works. I was expecting a kind of more intense foot massage... I got above and beyond that. Carole was very intuitive and was telling me things she could sense and feel from my feet that were all accurate and I had never told anyone before. She was able to work through all of my issues and didn't mind if I sat in silence or spoke to her. I was very well looked after and Carole was extremely thorough. I definitely got more than my moneys worth. I left feeling better than I have in a long time and definitely more relaxed. I was so impressed and felt a great connection to Carole as a person; as someone who genuinely listens, understands and cares. I've booked a block of treatments after this one session as I've never found a therapist who makes me feel so comfortable and at ease before. Highly recommended!! Thank you carole. More...
