Please run away from this place. We had our wedding there. We had problems with everything. The food was disgusting, the photographer name William Varela was very unprofessional and rude, he charged extra $500 on top of the package we paid, the pictures are not good quality, my album is messed up, he put duplicate in the album and wasted the pages, he provided the videos on blue ray DVD, when we requested USB. The limo was hot. We paid for all you can eat appetizers, they only served a few tables just 2 appetizers, the PhotoBooth showed up late, and had technical issues, most of my guests could not take pictures; the DJ did not speak English and did not follow our rules with our playlist, the staff were rude; our 360 video looks very dark not professionally edited. Absolutely beautiful venue.
It was everything we could have ever wanted and more ! The staff went above and beyond when it came to helping us.
I never thought we would be able to plan my daughter's 15s within the short time of two months but with the help of the staff, especially Marlene Fonts they were able to make my daughter's dream a reality. If you haven't already, check out Seduction ballrooms for an unforgettable experience !

What an amazing experience! Marlene gave us such a great overall experience and I could not have ask for more. Being that the location is in Hialeah, we have a misconception of older ballrooms and this was definitely did not one of those.
The ballroom was set up perfectly with the colors, decorations and most of all, the cleanliness. The ballroom just exceeded my expectations and I am so very grateful for all the services provided and attention to detail which made the baby shower a great success.
Thank You So VERY MUCH for making my memories so very special!
