What do you love most about your job?
In terms of consulting, I love fresh challenges. Every client brings new and often complex problems. They require deep thought, expert consideration, controlled implementation, and measured success. In terms of CPD training, I love teaching. With more than a decade of experience of university lecturing, including winning the Lecturer of the Year award, I am an expert in modern didactics and I like to help others succeed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted my own business for the freedom of choice and to provide a legacy for my family.
