Absolutely fantastic service from Brighton Security Services today after an early morning ‘wake-up’ from a malfunctioning alarm. This alarm had been installed more than 12 years ago by the previous home owner and I found their sticker inside the control panel - same day service to fix my problem - every one I dealt with today was fantastic. A bit of feedback regarding the security system installed in our garden… I have to say, it’s the first time I’ve ever heard of a garden alarm! The system was installed very quickly, the engineer give me a demo and business card. He said if I had any problems to call the 24 hour support line. Phaseone Security in Brighton have covered all of my boxing events so far, and I have always found the staff to be professional and well-mannered in their approach to our nights and guests.
