Great experience since the beginning with SPS Security Protective Services, from meetings and conversations prior to the event, OZ is very accommodating and professional and have a lot of experience. During the event the team did an awesome job keeping us safe and helping with the crowd. I am highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism behind this company. Someone that is very close to me worked for this company for 4 years putting in a lot of over time during the entire duration of working for this company. On many occasion has the individual came home crying, stressed, and overall upset because of the man who runs this business. On at least 3 occasions has this man verbally assaulted this individual, causing the person I care about to doubt themself in every way possible. No matter what the situation was, this man should’ve maintained some sort of professionalism when talking to this person and many other people REGARDLESS of if they work for him or not. Where do I even start? This company is through and through absolutey amazing! From employees to management to the owner. These are some of the best people I've ever met. The owner is one of the most caring/giving people I've ever met. I've worked here for 2 years but have worked with the owner 6+ years. If anything is ever needed from an employee or contract provider the owner is quick to lend a helping hand no matter what, no questions asked. He's personally helped me so much and has supported me no matter what. This is by far the best company/person I have ever worked for. I actually work for SPS Security and can honestly say it's been by far the best job and experience so far . I've been with the team now for sometime and quickly came up thru the ranks to supervisor in less than a year . We work hard and take our roles protecting other's very seriously and I love helping others so it's suites me fine. The pay is good and we get plenty of hours there is always work to be done . Our boss is truly one of a kind has the biggest heart and is always there for us on the job and after hours if we ever need someone to talk to or vent to. I told Oz what was going on and that I needed protection while packing up a U-Haul. Oz assured me that they would help me no problem. He understood what I was going through and was going to help me get through it. Chuck (owner) & Scott showed up on moving day looking very professional and assured me that nothing would happen that they would handle the situation. They helped me get through that day (even helping me pack) without incident. They always maintained the distance between me and the subject I needed protection from. They were provoked and maintained their professional composure. I did have to return at another date with a U-Haul and Chuck & Scott were with me then as well.
