Used them earlier this year to get a mortgage arranged after being declined by two lenders. Wasn't holding out much hope but Alan @ Secure Mortgages managed to get a mortgage sorted with a very good rate despite my financial situation. They helped out every step of the way and dealt with solicitors who were holding up the process.
