My training and experience includes Cardiac Rehab Phase 4 Instructor, Exercise for the Older Persons and Weight Loss Management for those with Metabolic Syndrome (eg diabetes, hypertension, obesity etc) and come with many years of experience with all types of clients from all walks of life.
