As a mother of four who loves family photographs because they give testimony to how fast her children grow and change and as someone who makes it a habit to ensure these milestones are documented, it is easy for me to recognize when an individual also has a passion for this on the other side of the lens. I cannot say enough good things about working with Leigh Ann. She puts such careful thought and planning into everything she does for you. Her efforts really show within the quality of her pictures. I am not typically comfortable with photography of myself, but Leigh Ann made me feel completely at ease in my own skin. Throughout our entire wedding, I knew where she was if I needed her, but never felt like she was intruding or imposing. She captured truly amazing shots. From the moment we reached out to Leigh Ann, she made the entire process of a family photo shoot seamless. When she suggested that we meet at sunrise at the Thomas Jefferson Memorial, my first thought was, “Three kids, out the door by 6am, looking awake? ” Leigh Ann assured me that it would be worth it. She was right! Leigh Ann quickly made our three girls feel at ease and comfortable during the one-hour photo shoot. I wasn’t able to do an engagement photo shoot before my wedding so I wasn’t sure what to expect from the photography experience, and my now-husband and I both were a little nervous at the thought of hours of wedding photos. However, Leigh Ann made the whole experience fun and easy! And now looking at the photos she’s shared, it’s impossible to find just 1 profile picture to post because I love every single picture she took! (When looking at the pictures, My husband even said, “I didn’t know I could look so good!”)
Leigh Ann took the best day of our lives and captured it in such a special, classic, elegant and beautiful way.
