How long have you been in business?
I have been trading Since 2009 covering holiday let cleans and private home cleans.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Own cleaning supplies can be used or we are happy to use supplied products like the eco range.
we always insist on using our own cloths...so you never have a pile of washing to do, once we leave!
What do you love most about your job?
Making homes sparkle. Finding the attention to detail jobs that everyone misses but everyone notices as soon as they are clean. Making peoples life a little more relaxing after a long day / week at work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my journey when I found myself in full time employment as the receptionist on a busy holiday park, I looked after the bookings and cleaning schedules, and soon realised how important and rewarding customer satisfaction was!
4 years later I set up self employed and started looking after only a few holiday lets ( Friday and Saturday changeovers) these I still look after to date. I took an additional 15 hours a week employed cleaning job in a secondary school in the evenings to keep me going as I started to look for more homes to help with my self employed venture...
However 6 months in I now found myself in my employed school job with 30 +hours a week, a supervisor role and 15 members of staff to manage..and still building up new customers in my self employed venture!
The next 18 months became more and more longer days! working 8am - 10pm most days, I knew it was time to do what I had my heart set on!
My new venture has grown in to managing and Housekeeping for many beautiful private and holiday home owners , dealing with hampers, laundry, key arrangements and I even have my very own wonderful trusted team members now! Check out our 5 star reviews that we are very proud of!
