Second Chance Salem is the best place to adopt dogs The dogs are in foster homes, that take care of the dogs with grooming, training, and medical needs. Once a dog goes to their new home, Second Chance will help if any questions or concerns come up. They don't have a lot of dogs at once, so keep checking the website for new postings. More...

What do you love most about your job?
I love improving the relationship between people and their pets. Helping to strengthen the bonds and understanding between them is incredibly rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve been running a nonprofit dog rescue for 8 years. This was the next logical step.
Why should our clients choose you?
I’ve been in Animal Welfare for 33+ years. There are very few aspects that I don’t understand but I’m still learning, still open to improving. I treat each new challenge as an opportunity for gaining more insight. It’s a shared journey.
