I recommend Sebastian in 100%. After pregnancy it was difficult for me to lose weight and by yourself I've lost only 2,5 kilos in 3 months (eating healthy and going to the gym). So I reached help and it was the best decision ever! Great trainings , something that I would never think I could do. Meal plan is easy and enjoyable and also showed me what I was doing wrong before. I could always count on Sebastian. Any doubts, any questions he explained me everything and I found out really a lot new things from him about health and fitness. I'm on my way to rich my goal but I'm so motivated because of trainings with Sebastian! Already feel better fitter and stronger! More...

Sebastian was my personal trainer for a few months and really pushed me to where I needed to be. The mean plan was a real help in focusing on what I should look for in a meal. He pushed me to do things I never thought I could do, I walked in barely able to squat my body weight and now I can squat over 50kg. So proud of myself and couldn’t do it with the help of Sebastian!! I would highly recommend Sebastian - he is enthusiastic and knowledgeable and full of advice, and I now feel so confident that I'm doing the right things (safely! ) in the gym. Sebastian is a great PT and I would highly recommend him. I was a reluctant gym-goer but I joined my local gym because I wanted to get fitter and improve my flexibility before I hit 60. Sebastian gave me an intro and offered a few sessions and I've now been going regularly for over a year. He keeps me motivated with his enthusiasm, his sessions are balanced and varied and he offers good nutritional advice. My strength and flexibility are greatly improved and I'd happily walk up a mountain now. I'll miss him and his welcoming smile when he moves to his new gym. Please clone him! More...

Very good personal trainer with high standards of coaching. Unusual amount of care and personal aproach to your health restriction and personal goals. I have been struggling with my weight my whole life. I have tried numerous diets including weightwatchers, keto diet, protein diet, you name it I've done it. The result was always the same : I lost the weight but after half a year I gained it all back. After that I started to run, ran the ten miles but only lost a couple kgs. I pushed myself at the gym by doing a lot of cardio sessions including spinning sessions but with no result. After a half a year I gave up because I didn't saw any results. So I decided that maybe a personal trainer could help me. Unfortunately not this time!! He didn't provide me with a meal plan, I had to search everything online, it was horrible! Waste of money and time and no results! I felt hopeless and I thought I was never going to achieve any results! UNTIL my girlfriend recommended Sebastian and my god this was the best decision I could ever make! Not only is he a very kind, warm and friendly person, he is also very knowledgeable and he actually listens and helps you achieve results! So far I have lost 14kgs and I'm in the best shape of my life. He provided me with a meal plan that was easy to follow, hes pushing me hard during the training and if I have a problem he is always there to listen and help! I would highly recommend him! Sebastian has been amazing with me. First he trained my mum for her marathon, then he whipped me into shape going from 97kg down to 86kg. It wasn't easy and I hated him at times but if you don't have your trainer he isn't doing his job right. I have raved about Sebastian to everyone I know, he really cares about your fitness journey and your goals over anything and he is very accommodating. Very motivating, easy going and makes the hour in the gym fly by with ease! He also provided me with a meal plan and he is very engaging when it comes to suggesting meals, recipes or even adapting the recipes you want to try so that they adapt to the diet plan. More...

Sebastian is a fantastic PT. I would highly recommend him. When I first engaged Seb, it was to help me with both nutrition and body transformation. He worked with me to create a meal plan, advised me on a training plan and then ran a fitness test with me before starting training. I’m still only mid way through my plan just now but I’m fitter than I have ever been before, I feel stronger and more defined and am working towards a goal for 2019. Sebastian has been a dream throughout - super friendly and smiley, always encourages me whilst pushing me to the limit. I train hard and then he pushes harder to ensure best results. Everything in very friendly and motivational environment.

Secret of getting the body of your dream is to find the most suitable strategy for your lifestyle. It should be methods what person can stick to it and enjoy. Temporary diets and brutal training working just temporary and nobody can do it to rest of their life. Yes it is still possible have your favourite food, some of the alkohol and other treats if you really want to and maintain body of your dreams.

First of corse are moneys what I receive for my job then is satisfaction of my clients with the results what they achieved by cooperation with me. To be honest satisfaction with money is the same when I see happiness of my clients when they are reaching their goals.

I love to be my own boss and I love cooperate with people and deliver happiness and positivity to their life. Personal Training is that profession what let me do this on my own terms for what I am gratefull.

Because I am one of the best Personal Trainers in my area. I am teaching people the most effective methods to achieve any fitness goals.
