The interior of our thirteen year-old VOLVO looked shabby because the head liner was detached around the edges and falling down in front of the rear window .  The two front side door liners were dirty and coming apart. Within two days SEATCO has ordered, received and replaced the linings. The workmanship is beautiful and we believe the price  to be reasonable. Our  VOLVO  seems almost new. I initially reached out to two companies about a small repair I wanted done. I included a picture of the problem and requested an estimate. The company closer to my home told me to bring it in for an estimate. It was a small issue, and they were not likely to make much from it, so I guess it wasn't worth their time to give me an estimate.  Matt, from Seatco, on the other hand, responded quickly, and gave me a couple of options to fix the tear in the fabric of my car, along with the estimates for each option. So, even though they were a bit further out from me, I chose to go with the company that gave me an upfront answer. I brought my car in and they fixed the problem very quickly. Being willing to take the small jobs means that I will definitely  bring my car back to them if I ever need their services again for anything else, big or small.   Matt was friendly, responsive, and professional. I ordered new custom made leather seat covers for my 2009 Corvette because there was a hold on the driver's seat, and the foam and spring had pretty much collapsed. I found SeatCo online and noticed they had overall good reviews. I contacted them on Saturday to  in my quest for an installer.    Upon my arrival, Matt showed me around the shop and showed me a few of the jobs they were working on and had done. Bother we're very involved and impressive; one for a 70's era Nova, and another for a Ford Model T. I figured I am in good hands. Not only did the shop have a great deal of skill, Matt was very personable, professional, and we hit it off well.     My install took part of a day once they got started. They did a good job on the install, especially considering the covers I bought were designed to fit a little too snug. But the guys there were able to get them in and to get them to stay in place and have a nice fit and finish.     I did have one snafu from my experience and SeatCo was eager to take car of me as a customer and fix it immediately: the backing plate for the seat adjuster was a little out of place and was causing the adjuster to stick. The motor ran and unfortunately killed my battery. But I was able to bring it back in, no questions asked, and the team was able to fix the issue.    The vibe I got from the staff here is that they do not want a customer to walk away unhappy; that is one reason I picked them to handle my project. If you need interior work done, on any vehicle for that matter, this company has a wealth of experience, great work ethic, and are all around a cool bunch. Highly recommend.John H. More...

Had a damaged steering wheel for a Porsche Cayenne. Seatco explained that the leather on the wheel is molded, not leather wrapped so while they could wrap it again it would change the thickness and might feel awkward. I discovered the driver floor carpet in my car to be soaked and could not readily identify the source of the leak. I took the car to a carwash for auto detailing and a couple weeks later again discovered a soaked carpet on the driver side. Desperate, I called Seatco preparing to completely reupholster the vehicle. I took the car in and they assured me they could help. After a very extensive and thorough search they identified that the source of the leak was due to a cracked frame likely caused by a vehicular accident prior to purchasing. A body shop refused to repair the damage so Seatco stepped up and took care of it. They also chemical cleaned the carpet and had everything looking but most importantly smelling like brand new. Disclaimer: this review is purely for customer service!! Honestly I got tired of writing reviews a while back. It's the problem with going to too many places, and accruing a massive backlog. So the fact that I'm writing a review, for a place I've never been to no less, is fairly new to me as well.I am currently entertaining playing around with custom car parts, and accidentally sent Matt a message on yelp (yelp you fail at suggesting related shops). He doesn't run an auto body shop, and still was the only one that not only sent me a message with suggestions of shops around the area I should reach out to in a message. He also followed up with a call. All this for a person who he knew wouldn't be paying for his services #faithinhumanityrestored. If he's willing to go to these lengths for a non-potential-customer, I can only imagine the lengths he would go to for his actual customers. If you need anything done upholstery related, I would check here first.
