Seasons Therapy

Having minimal knowledge of Reiki, I was delighted to win a session with Ally.The session included crystal healing. Ally discussed the properties of different crystals alongside the Reiki theory. Ally presented as calm and confident, promoting a calm and open mind. Ally created a warm, relaxed atmosphere, what else can I say I dropped into the most beautiful relaxed dream state. What felt like five minutes was a forty minute session. My aches and pains have softened and I feel both relaxed and energised. This was yesterday, last night I had the most tranquil deep sleep, today I feel totally refreshed. For anyone suffering stress or aches and pains of any kind I would confidently recommend a Reiki session with Ally, it feels like a non-evasive cross between massage and counselling session.
