I recently (11/16/2018) had the good fortune to attend a Parenting Training with Maribel and Sammy at Seasons Counseling. Being in the profession, I have strong opinions about the demeanor of counselors and the presentation of information from the field of counseling psychology . Maribel and Sammy exhibit the best traits of counselors. They are knowledgeable, genuine, personable, friendly, approachable, caring, professional, and empathetic. They look at people's strengths and believe in the ability of individuals to improve. They provide useful, factual, evidence based information in a clear, entertaining, concise manner that is valuable to people new to the subject as well as those who are already well versed. After the training, everyone who attended said they learned something valuable that they could implement with their children.I recommend Seasons Counseling, Maribel, Sammy, and their Parenting Trainings highly!Update: I felt such a strong affinity for the Counselors at Seasons and the work they do that I communicated with them further and I am now working at Seasons. Dan is fabulous for anyone with trauma, ptsd or brain injury. His level of compassion is through the roof as he helps guide you through your healing journey as well as helping educate you on how to accomplish the next step needed to keep moving forward.

Incredible. I have been totally transformed by Season's Counseling. I was starting to feel hopeless that anyone could help me. But I decided to try one more therapist. And I am so grateful that I did. My therapist (Dan) completely changed my life. I had to work too. But the depth of knowledge and level of skill that Dan has made it possible. He is an absolutely amazing psychologist. I know how hard it is to find a great therapist first hand. I have been to many different therapist in my lifetime. And some of them seemed good enough.
