Seated quickly, attentive and knowledgeable staff, softest calamari ever, salmon was perfect, short ribs juicy and tender, savored every scallop bite, and topped it all of with some warm cookies and milk and pineapple cheesecake. So lucky we found this spot!

Food is amazing. As well as the drinks. They have a unique old fashioned drink menu with various bourbons and spices. We were two and seated immediately to our surprise. The drinks and food made up for the poor service. From what I read online the waiters don’t service tables for two. We are good tippers but you need to be attentive. We sat for about 10 minutes before we gave our drink order. The waiter said he wasn’t our waiter and was helping out. He was the only waiter that served us all evening. Loved it here - the filet mignon with creamed kale was perfection on a plate. Complemented with a nice glass of Malbec and finished off with a bananas foster old fashioned Great service too - I highly recommend!

Pretty good in the land of the exceptional. Service was great, everyone was super polite. Food was cooked well but nothing blew my socks off. Rib eyeYou can get a rib eye here or go diagonally to Mesa and get one there. I would say the value and flavor of Mesa make it the better rib eye. Do not get me wrong it was cooked very well, super fatty, but also super salty. It is for sure big enough to share, and they will slice it for you to make it easier.Brussel sproutsThe Brussel sprouts were pretty good a little tart but it did cut through the fat of the steak.CalamariThis was an interesting take on calamari as it was not fried. Amazing Old FashionedIt was hard to choose from the selection but we chose the smoked and bananas foster. The bananas foster was sweet, but not overly sweet with a smooth finish. The smoked is hands down one of the best I've had, including KY. The smoke flavor lingered as it mellowed out, creating a warmth that made you want to order another right away. A group of friends and I spent the day watching NCAA Basketball Tournament games at Searsucker at Caesars Palace. Searsucker is a fun spot to watch sports because it features multiple televisions, is close to the sports book, and has a great menu. The drink menu includes two gems. The PB&J old fashion comes with a small PB&J sandwich and has peanuts infused into the drink, which provides a nice sweet flavor. The Golden Knights old fashion includes chocolate and Smoke Wagon bourbon, a local product. From the food menu, I enjoyed the seared albacore sandwich, the ears, and the charred octopus. The albacore sandwich was perfectly seared on the outside and raw on the inside, with a complementary mayo and bun. The ears are lightly fried, yet slightly chewy. The charred octopus was smokey and tender.The price is about average for a casino restaurant ($13 for drinks, $15 for lunch entrees, and $25 for dinner entrees). The restaurant was crowded, but not too noisy. We were able to hear the game and maintain conversation at our table. The manager, Nick, is extremely personable and welcoming. He constantly checked on every table, while simultaneously managing the bar. Our server, Chris, was attentive throughout the day and impressively accommodating to our increasing party. Were made welcome as soon as we walked in.Our service staff was professional, prompt and technically sound. ...both server and support team.Food was well presented and recipes were excellent.
