What makes a great website?
I come from a sales background so I have massive focus on the call to action and then the subsequent audit trail (Enquiry to sale £). I have a 12 year old event services website which in 2011 brought in £1m of new business inquiries which were officially quoted. These quotes converted into £250k of hire business.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Have you got a Google and a Microsoft account ? It's a minefield. Let me sort it professionally and hand it back to you. If it's a current website - Where do your visitors come from?
What do you love most about your job?
Analysing where website visitors come from. Providing jargon free reporting on a monthly basis highlighting different campaign successes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am self motivated and have lived off the internet £££ commission only self employed since the late nineties......
