When I decided to have security cameras installed at my home, I approached several installers. One quoted me for a cheaper model camera than I had requested and when I queried it, they said it was a misunderstanding.
Another installer quoted me for a DVR recorder that was extinct and twice the physical size of the one I wanted. I am in my late eighties so am often the target of less than scrupulous operators.
However, everything changed when I discovered Billy from Search Fire and Security. Bill quoted me a very fair price, carried out the installation when he said he would and did a very neat professional job. Billy is a very knowledgeable and experienced engineer. He is also a very honest, pleasant and patient person (he spent considerable time with me showing me how to use the DVR recorder), I would strongly recommend this company.

I needed an alarm system fitted to my home. I contacted this company on the phone, they seemed very knowledgeable and gave a really competitive price. They came out and did a site visit and explained exactly what I would need without trying to up-sell me. They arrived on time to do the installation, completed it in the time they had stated and did a really professional job. They cleaned up all the mess from the drilling, leaving a really neat installation. They then spent about 45 minutes explaining everything about the alarm system to me and only left once I was fully comfortable with how it worked.
