Nikita Rodrigues has assisted us since October 24th 2023 and has been intimately working with us since we had some random issue with our Google listing which we've had since 2016 we moved from Nashville Tennessee to Florida Winter Haven area everything was fine and then all the sudden our listing went down and we couldn't get in contact with any other Google person and she has taken care of us and got us back online even when we had problems she was back to take care of us and now we're back online ready for the spring rush and I can't thank her enough this is the company you need if you really have any Google issues trust me I would not lie to you I had to go through it. SearchBerg replaced my whole website, unfortunately they didn't understand what my business was even after multiple phone calls and emails explaining what we do, I basically was doing the job for them because every time I asked a question about what was their "professional" recommendation about different designs or layouts or other things related to the website SearchBerg told me that it was up to me, they are supposed to be the experts not me. The SEO campaign got me zero leads and they blamed my products and prices for this. At the beginning before agreeing to pay for the service they told me that to start seeing results three months of campaign were needed and, after those three months, they told me I should buy another three months or better one year of their services. When I called to ask about the "Money back 100% Guarantee" they told me to prove to them that they offer that guarantee, and that if it was not written I couldn't apply for it. I'm a small business and for all the money I put into this I got zero results; my husband gets more leads on his FB posts than the work of this company. SearchBerg should work with the customer to understand the needs of the business and shouldn't offer something that they are not going to achieve, they also shouldn't be hiring people in other countries to create the SEO campaigns or re-design websites as every country has different vocabulary and sometimes, they have different terms that we don't really use in the U.S. even if in those countries they speak English, I had to correct all those text and posts for the SEO campaign and it was exhausting and time consuming. The design of my previous website was not much different from what they replaced it with, but SearchBerg convinced me that I needed a brand new one. On top of everything I had to hire someone to correct the mistakes they left on the website. I wouldn't recommend SearchBerg to anyone. I would better go with smaller companies that take the time to know my business and that you actually pay until the work is done because once you make the payment to SearchBerg you are not going to get it back. This company is full of scam marketers. The company will take a long time to create your website. Once it is created, you will always have some sort of problem with them. Once things become slightly consistent, they will take your website down and claim that you are being hacked. What they are trying to do is force you to purchase additional protections by having them webmaster. They will fraudulently represent themselves as supervisors and managers in order to get your perspective. Then, they will blatantly lie all in the hopes of forcing you to use them as a webmaster so they keep you from moving on. Mind you, you have already paid for their poorly created website.
