GPAC is the most awesome place if you need care after a hospitalization. All the staff is friendly and ready to help. Very kind and compassionate, too! The environment was very welcoming! The place was VERY CLEAN!!! It smelled clean! Even the cleaning staff and the maintenance workers were friendly! We were treated with respect and were listened to! If we weren't there they called us. I feel like I just can't say enough. We've had some pretty bad experiences, so GPAC was like a breath of fresh air! THANK YOU GPAC STAFF!

My mom was just transferred to this facility from Kaiser Zion. As soon as my mom got there everyone was very helpful and very concern of my moms needs. The place is very nice and clean. If you have complaints about this place try visiting Stanford Court in Santee. My mom was there for a number of weeks recovery from her surgery to remove a cancerous tumor. This place is horrible, the nurses do not know how to treat patients. My mom had to wait for an hour to change her dirty diaper. Because of their negligence to keep the wound clean my mom got an infection and had to be rushed to the hospital. Within an hour of being in the ER my mom was rushed to the operating room because her infection was that bad. I really hope that my mom receives the proper care that she needs at Grossmont Post Acute Care. So far I am happy with the welcoming my mom received!! More...
