Many thanks to Chloe & Nick yesterday 29/2/19. My stylist, April was unavailable due to illness. Chloe, Nick Amy & salon manager worked together to create a fabulous hair colour. Not easy as first colour appointment for some time, and my base colour very dark (science does come in to play, hairdressers are not magicians) All of us so pleased with results. Trust what your stylists says, and be prepared for a lengthy process or several visits to salon to lift/lighten dark hair. This salon can be trusted 100%, have been using them for years. This was my first time at Sean Hanna, and I had my hair cut with a lovely friendly lady called Steph. She carried out a really helpful consultation and delivered exactly what she said she would. The haircut and blow dry was fast which was great, and I’m very happy with the results. I usually go elsewhere in west london which is a bit of a pain to get to but that I trusted with my long curly hair, and although I was apprehensive to change salons I was short of time so took the plunge and I’m glad I did, I will definitely be coming back here instead! 100% recommend! Perfect!! The hairdresser I chose was sick so the boss took care of me instead (and kept the lower price of the other hairdresser). Everybody was very welcoming. The consult was great, he explained different things about my hair that I did not know. We discussed a lot about what I wanted and what would be nice. The hairdresser had very good suggestion. Best hairdresser ever! Amie started cutting my hair about a year ago, and I love the result every single time. I like trying new things with my hair but being blessed with a thick and unruly mop, I usually have to allow for a trial and error period with new hairdressers. This has definitely not been the case with Amie. Right from the outset, Amie knew exactly what would work and suggested different ways of cutting, styling and colouring my hair to improve its appearance and day-to day manageability. Always have a positive experience when visiting the salon. I have visited Alexis multiple times and each time I have loved my cut. Alexis made sure she knew exactly what I wanted and asked me if there was anything I didn’t like from the last time. I go here regularly for cut and colour. Takes longer than an appointment at a regular salon as they are just training, but they are always lovely, the staff are very knowledgeable and assist the trainees and you always feel in good hands.

I went here on a whim as my usual hairdresser let me down and it was walking distance. The staff were really friendly, very accommodating and they give a fantastic head massage. Noel cut my hair and he did a very good job, he listened to what I wanted and then gave me some inspiration. I was very pleased with the outcome. I booked an emergency hair up appointment on the morning of my friend's wedding and was feeling pretty stressed with not much idea of what I wanted. I have been going to Bristol for a few years now ( lost track just how many ) but I always have Amy who cuts and colours my hair and on each occasion she does a amazing job , I find her really informative and is happy to steer my indescion into a great looking hair style and my colour always looks amazing and gets comments often ! .. not to mention her fab personality which means I look forward to my visits each time as she cheers me up even on the worst days !
I must also mention the girl who washed my hair on my last visit ( sorry I did not get her name ) she was really impressive in her knowledge of hair products and hair in general and it was refreshing to have your hair washed by someone who had the confidence to show her knowledge... and not just the usual holiday chit chat.

I visited the seanhanna Canary Wharf salon for the first time in October. My stylist was Joanna and she was fantastic! The salon is nice, all staff were friendly and professional at all times. I was having quite a big change with my hair but Joanna made me feel totally at ease. She sat with me for a long time first listening to what I wanted and then explaining what she thought would work best. During the appointment I was informed about all the products she was using on my hair and why, she had good and really helpful answers to all my questions regarding my hair worries and current problems. Have been going to the Sutton branch for over 15 years. But am particularly delighted to give a 5 star review for Kirstie. She has been doing my hair regularly for the past couple of years. She has a wonderful manner & really listens & gives very good advise, when discussing my options/ decisions about Colour or Cut. She bears in mind my lifestyle & is aware of my budget limitations. She really knows her Products & uses what she then explains what will enhance the style I've chosen. There is never any pressure to spend money I dont have. She will always break down the costs involved when I'm having a Colour. I say this, as some people mention hidden extra costs when paying. That won't happen. I have done a more indepth review on on their website. I have no doubt Kirstie is a valuable asset to the Seanhanna brand & hope she has a long & successful career with them at Sutton. More...
