After a tremendously stressful few weeks, I was feeling out of control and actually on the verge of a breakdown. Rekha managed to fit me in the day of my call, despite being extremely busy herself. I first visited Rekha in 2014 for a reiki treatment in a search to help and heal myself during a hard time in my life. I had very little knowledge about reiki or any other energy healing modalities at the time and Rekha took time to explain about reiki and how it works. She is very kind, loving lady willing to help and very good listener too (which is important when you are on the path of healing). After the fist session I felt very relieved, relaxed, felt energy swimming in my body. Then I started having regular sessions. Seeing and feeling the positive effects of this sessions I decided to learn this modality and practise it on my self and helping others. Within few months I completed Level 1, 2 and Master Level/Teacher. Reiki opened the doors to a completely new life perception/experience taking me on a path I have never imagined I will walk on one day. I first visited Rekha in 2012 in search for answers to heal myself emotionally and mentally. I was suffering from depression, anxiety and very low self-esteem. Although I had very little knowledge about Reiki at the time (or energy healing) I remember reaching out to many other Reiki Therapists and they were all requesting payment first with no effort in explaining what Reiki is and how effective it may be. Needless to say, I was losing faith.On the same day, I stumbled across Rekha’s website. I contacted her via email and she was the only therapist who took the time to call me. Rekha’s genuine connection with Reiki healing and her willingness to help others never ceases to amaze me. I have had many treatments with Rekha over the years and I eventually completed 3 courses with her. Reiki Level 1, Reiki Level 2 and Masters/Teachers Course.My depression/anxiety still exist from time to time but I’ve definitely found helpful solutions by giving myself regular Reiki treatments. Over the past few years, I have had the pleasure of experiencing the mediative power of reiki, as provided by the wonderful Rekha. Reiki has offered me both emotional and physical support in especially trying times of life as well as a nice step back from the weekly hectic routine of being a student. I sought out reiki to better my mental health (an attempt to try and decrease my levels of stress and anxiety) as well as my physical wellbeing (I have been diagnosed with IBS in the past). After 2 years of sessions, I have seen a significant difference in my everyday life, with how I manage stress and routine, as well as my physical health in general. However, these results could be seen quite early on in the process as I was able to feel so much more relaxed and in tune with my own feelings and spirit. Rekha herself has been kind, empathetic and a soothing for all those of us who have had the pleasure of experiencing reiki by her - she truly has a gift.
