After spending 17 years mastering the technical aspect, I’ve come to appreciate that a good image is one that puts you in a particular moment in time, tells a story, or speaks to your emotions. The ability to capture a frame with some element of intrigue is highly important. A successful photograph is a memorable one. For any project, I prepare, think about the shots and visualize the results then I put my plan into action. Photography is a technologically based art form, but the technology does not make the art, the human behind the camera does.
