following chefs full instruction,preparing cooking hot and cold food and drinks, reading temperature and time charts , doing risk assessments on kitchen equipment, hygiene and safety procedures are followed at all times, managing stock orders and filling in orders, weighing ingredients, writing orders from customers and changing customers orders being accurate, checking temperatures of food and the fridge and freezers, washing up and cleaning operating the till shopping for fresh ingredients as chef wants. preparing buffets for events, partys for large groups.
