I have been having Personal training sessions with Ali Seal for just under a year. I have had personal trainers in the past but none compares to Ali. He is 'head and shoulders' above the trainers I have previously had. When I started my training sessions with Ali I was unfit and stressed. Thanks to Ali's extensive knowledge, encouragement and experience I am very much fitter and so much less stressed. someone I know recently commented how much fitter and slimmer I am. I highly recommend Seal Personal Training. Ali and his team are knowledgeable professionals who design effective and individualised programmes.

Training sessions are challenging but within a realistic and achievable limit. They’re always varied, interesting and fun.

I’ve been training with Ali, predominantly, for the past nine months, two or three times a week. I’ve lost 12.7kg / 2st / 28lb, and achieved massive changes in my waist, gait and body shape. Also, my fitness, strength and stamina have improved dramatically. Moreover, I’ve gained a ‘health mindset’ that shall benefit me for life.

Thank you, Ali, Nikki and Jimmy - I look forward to the next nine months....

I have been training with Seal personal training for a few months now, and can honestly say the Seal team are all such a lovely bunch of people. All staff members have a genuine interest in how your doing and what they can do to help. I am a 21 year old female who recently had ACL reconstruction to my knee , for me finding the right help and support was so hard. However when I started training with Ali , straight away I was supported and encouraged. Ali himself having a background with knee Injuries is great. As he is very aware on how hard rehab can be. His insight into muscles and ligiments is super. I find I learn something new each session , helping me understand my legs more and how to get the best out of them. Ali creates individual programmes for each client, which is great. In previous experiences with personal trainers I found everyone did the same things each week and i lost motivation. However I look forward to my weekly session knowing I will learn new exercises to push and improve myself. The great thing about Ali is when he gives you exercises they are demonstrated correctly, when doing them yourself he helps you to perform them correctly therefore it won't lead to any injuries. Making you feel confident with what you are doing. Honestly I highly recommend having a session with one of the seal staff to see for yourself. They are all lovely genuine nice people. I am a 46 year old woman & have been regularly training with Seal Personal Training since 2012. This is the first and only time in my life that I have ever properly maintained a regular fitness regime. Ali and his team, of which I have trained with every member, are all so friendly yet totally professional and passionate. Do not think that you have to be a super-fit athlete to train with them. They have the knowledge and personal skills to train anyone, from any walk of life. They will guide you towards your fitness goals and steer you along any bumps in the road - don't worry - it happens to all of us !! This is THE only way that I would ever keep going to the gym. I exercise regularly and love the exercise I do, but for a while I had felt I had hit a bit of a wall. I wanted to be stronger but I wasn't sure how. I've been a member of a gym before and hated it as I didn't know what I was doing! I decided a few sessions with a personal trainer might help me so I googled personal trainers and Seal Fitness popped up. I spoke with Ali on the phone. He seemed really nice and understood what I wanted so I agreed to meet him for a session to see how it went. 12 sessions down the line, I am definitely stronger and so much more confident at the gym. Ali was great - he took on board my individual goals and created a programme which would help me work towards these using his knowledge and expertise. It was really varied and gave me opportunity to learn how to use different equipment whilst also explaining how and why we were doing everything. It also included some rowing - which ill admit I was sceptical of initially - but I ended up really enjoying and seeing how it can be a fantastic workout (especially when you're doing it right!) and have even been doing it in my workouts since.I really enjoyed my sessions. It definitely improved my strength and this has had a positive impact on my fitness and endurance too! Exactly he results I was hoping for. I'd highly recommend Seal Fitness to everyone. More...

Since then I have lost 4-stone in weight and gained a passion for fitness and indoor rowing and I now hold numerous national titles, a world record and 2 British records. I am a man in my 50's and a regular gym goer but hadn't considered using a personal trainer before so I was a little apprehensive and didn't know what to expect. Ali really put my mind at ease from the first session and made me feel very comfortable. He is very professional and his extensive knowledge has really changed my training regime. I have continued to train with Ali since the vouchers were used up and really look forward to it each week. The sessions are enjoyable, completely catered to my needs and are helping me to constantly improve in my training. I am having personal training sessions with Ali/Nikki/Jodie for all over conditioning and strength development. I intend to take part in at least two X-training competitions a year and need to be able to combine muscle and cardio endurance over a very intense 20 or so minutes on the day. I started personal training in my mid to late-40s, once I recognised that I needed something smarter than my own efforts to delay the expected age related drop-off in performance at such events. After trying other personal trainers in 2012 and 2013 I have been with Seal training since summer 2014, adding my own mainly cardio sessions to make about 4 a week on average.Ali is an indoor rowing specialist and has helped me prepare for competition – marathon in particular. The personal training sessions have focused on technique and getting the most out of every stroke. Through following his training plans with added on sessions to keep pace with other commitments, I have tackled 3 international indoor rowing marathons including setting a PB close to 3 hours 18 minutes at this distance in 2015. I also credit Ali for getting me back to my best for 30 minutes indoor rowing events for a PB in 2016 of 7025m, which adds 12m to my previous best 9 years before.Personal training works me hard and can leave me with aching muscles; but fits into my other commitments of work, family, volunteering and competitions. Ali/Nikki/Jodie have shown patience and flexibility as my balance and coordination leave a lot to be desired, and come up with other ways of doing certain exercises. 2015 not only saw my 50th birthday, but a combination of family/personal issues and illness towards the end of the year and into 2016 had a considerable impact on my life at the time.
