How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I believe in being fit, strong and healthy- to help my clients achieve their goals, we work on improving health, enhancing fitness levels and gaining strength; whether they are trying to lose fat or put on muscle! I take a friendly and encouraging approach to my clients at all times!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Commitment and consistency. Motivation and emotional drivers are great, but you need to make an overall commitment to change, and then keep it consistent!
What do you love most about your job?
Feeling like I've made a positive impact on someone's life! Seeing someone go from feeling self conscious to confident and happy has to be the most incredible thing!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had a really hard pregnancy with my son, and subsequent issues with my pelvis, and wanted to try and help other people who have felt weak or defeated, feel like they really can achieve whatever they set their minds to!
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm unique, I'm a female PT mum, who works 7 days a week, at competitive prices, to bring positive changes to peoples lives!!! I'm not motivated by the earning potential of being a PT, I just want to genuinely enhance peoples lives.
