I started a couch to 5k, but my weak hip always started hurting after around 3k and was killing me by 5k. When I started training with Gary, he planned my workout to help strengthen the muscles to support my hip. I did my first proper 5k road race and didn't have so much as a twinge, I'm delighted with how much of a change I can feel in just a few weeks. Thanks Gary! More...

I started training with Gary 5 weeks ago today. All I would have done before is walking or hill climbing, which I enjoy so much.
But then I decided I was going to climb Kilimanjaro!!
I contacted Gary and I was delighted he said he would help me train for it. The following session I had with him, he had a plan made up and started pushing me. I have gone from a walker in this short amount of time to climbing Croagh Patrick with no aches or pains after it. I have to say this guy knows what he is at. I thoroughly trust him with my training and have recommended him to so many people..

The best and only gym I've ever truly felt comfortable in. I'm a very nervous and anxious person about my weight and suffered an accident to my knee but Gary made me feel like that was all out the window and has helped me through so much. I never thought I'd love going to the gym. I always kept fit by playing sports and the idea of training without your team was always a bit foreign to me.
I don't want to miss a day now. I've stopped making excuses. Simply because I want to go, I'm hooked. I tried a few gyms before but didn't know what to do and kinda felt a bit intimidated. From day one, Gary has been so welcoming and sets a plan in place for you to achieve your goals. Always there to point you in the right direction.
