This company offers excellent service and value for money. First class customer service and knowledge. So glad we switched to them when we installed a new telephone system a few years ago. Did not attempt to sell us more than we needed, or were likely to need within a reasonable period of time. After previously being sold a system which could manage a business 100 times bigger than ours, SCS were a breath of fresh air and have saved us thousands of pounds AND provided technology not previously available unless we invested even more money!

We have dealt with SCS for several years and are very pleased with the service provided. We often get calls from other providers trying to get our business, but, we always tell them we will not be leaving SCS. On the odd occasion that we have had a fault on our lines SCS have ensured that they set up alternative communication for us and check that we are back up and running when the fault has been repaired. Whenever we have needed to talk to someone at SCS they have always been extremely polite and very helpful. We would definitely recommend them as a reliable, value for money provider.

I've been using SCS for years, at current and previous company. Always impressed with their service, especially when they detected multiple calls to premium rate number a couple of years ago and immediately blocked it. This occurred on a Sunday evening, so the block saved us a fortune. Pricing is always good, and love the fact that you're not tied to in long contracts.

I am so pleased I moved over my telephone provider to SCS, my bill more than half of what they were with BT. When the BT line went down recently at the exchange I contacted SCS - firstly they diverted all calls to a number of my choice (my mobile) then kept me up to date constantly with progress reports and when the line was up and running cancelled the diversion and called to make sure everything was working alright.

Absolutely brilliant customer services, the move over was uncomplicated and easy - I didn't have to do anything and my bills, as stated above, have been reduced by more than half. I'm also assured there will be no great increases after the one year (which usually happens with other telephone providers).

SCS have handled our telecomms since we left BT. The biggest plus to us is that we have little interaction - if there is ever a technical problem, we make one telephone call and they take ownershop and deal with it. Client for many years.
