Very late review! Had my floors done by Steve and the lads about a year and half ago and as of now they're still in great nick. The matte protective sealant has stood the test of time and makes it very easy to clean. The boys were very realistic and upfront, they warned me that sanding would not achieve a perfect finish for my aged original Victorian floorboards, thankfully that was the exact look I want - to show off the story of everything the floor has been though so this was perfect for me! Steve and Co came and sanded down my tired, old and yellowing oak floor in my hallway. They did the job in just a few hours with the varnish drying for only another hour after they left.
