Delicious barbecue for a very reasonable price. They have a different deal every day; when I went on Monday the full rack and half rack of ribs were on sale. I got the full rack of baby back ribs with Mac and cheese and fries as the sides. Each entree comes with a slice of toast as well. The ribs were tender and fell right off the bone and packed a lot of flavor. Every bite was a great combination of fatty and meaty flavors. The Mac and cheese was extremely rich and creamy and the fries were pretty standard but still delicious nonetheless. I got a chance to try my friends sweet potato fries with cinnamon butter dip and would definitely recommend trying that even for a small upcharge. More...

Scruby's was actually a good BBQ place. We came here with a big group and the staff quickly set up our tables and accommodated us. Our waitress was outstanding. She brought drinks fast and took our orders in a timely manner. Good food was the consensus among all of us. I had the rib combo ... nice smoke flavor without overpowering the meat. Also they had different kinds of sauces to dress the different meats to your liking... They have the best ribs this side of town or city or state ... Maybe because I had just came out from a 3-day fast & I was reallllyyy hungry! !! Well, either way, the ribs were delicious, succulent and fell off the bones. That's just how I like my ribs - falling off the bone. I went there around 6pm when there weren't many customers; so I was quickly seated and the food came at a decent time right before rush hour. Although my Server showed a little bit of frustration, she quickly regained her composure, I guess when she realized she would not be harassed with many demands. Really love this place. I drive all the way from Miami coral gables(40min) just so I can have some of their delicious food, but more than anything I drive because I love the ambiance. It feels like I’m at home. Everyone is so amiable and their deals are SO good. I really wish they’d stayed open later. Good place for bbq, the food is good and very reasonably priced. They have specials during the week featuring some of their different items such as baby back ribs, chicken and St Louis ribs. I actually prefer the St Louis ribs over the baby backs because I like a lot of meat on my ribs. They also have the best fried okra, I honestly couldn't stop eating it.
