We would highly recommend Clive. We needed a valuation of our property done in fairly unique circumstances. We spoke to numerous surveyors and Clive was the only one to proactively try and understand our situation. He spoke to us initially to ensure both parties fully understood what was required and came to our property to diligently complete the valuation. The report produced was extremely detailed and easy to read and understand, citing all references clearly and concisely and was so robust that it completely rectified our situation as a result. Zah was a pleasure to work with - very responsive, kept to his promised deadlines and quite personable.
